Care Team Form

We are making disciples who love God & love others by meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those who need a tangible reminder of the hope found only in Jesus. God sees them, God knows them, and God cares for them. 

We want to practice by following in the way of Jesus from scripture by loving and caring for those in our community. Let us know how you'd like to be available to do that.

Where do you want to exhibit care to those in our community?

This could be widows, shut-ins, elderly, etc.

(Provide meals to people recently having surgery, bringing home a new baby, are sick, etc.)

This could be giving people rides to church, driving people to appointments, etc.

This could be for widows & elderly in our community or someone recovering from surgery who needs a helping hand keeping their home in shape. Also, you can lend a hand to help with church facility projects as well as work in the church community garden!

This is so we can ensure our facility stays in tip-top shape for events. It generally requires lifting and moving chairs and/or tables.
